Our Septic backed up Saturday night at 7:30pm. Of course things go wrong on a weekend. We could not use any toilets or shower. So basically we could not run any water. I emailed them and left a voicemail. I received a call back and someone came out that night, and everything was back working by 10pm that night. I call this service. There was no way we could've waited till Monday.
I give them two thumbs up for quick and professional service on a Saturday night.

I have been using All About Septic for 8 years now. Luckily, I have not had any major issues with my septic system. It is all because the technicians do an outstanding job during all of my inspections throughout the year. The few times I did have a problem they came out as soon as they could and fixed the problem. we just recently purchased a house and it has an aerobic septic system. I'm completely new to these systems and had no clue how to take care of them. I signed a contract with All about septic and they are very helpful and courteous folks. they sent out a technician to come show me what I needed to do, and what I needed to look for in my system. could not ask for a better company to be a customer of. will be a long time customer.

We had an alarm go off and Glen was the tech that came out. He helped us understand what was going on and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I would recommend this company!

The High Water alarm went off later last night, so we made the call this morning. We were told it might be 1-2 days before anyone could come out, however, the technician showed up later that same day and had the alarm fixed.
