Don't Panic!

If you get an alarm on your system, your septic is designed to have 48 hours of room. If backing up and you do not have an alarm, first check breaker to see if it has been tripped. If breaker is good then you most likely have a blockage between the house and septic or where the pipe comes into the tank which is in the first compartment. You may run a hose to clear.

We do not have after hours service but are open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Please email office@allaboutseptic911.com after hours if having septic problems. We will get to you first thing the next business day.

Most important thing to remember, if you are backing up DO NOT USE WATER to keep house from flooding.
